FAQ
Explore our FAQs about Buture refurbished vacuum and vacuum bundles, including product condition, value, included accessories, shipping, warranty coverage, and return policies.
Is a vacuum bundle better value than buying items separately?
Yes. A vacuum bundle can offer more value for your money by combining the vacuum cleaner with additional parts or accessories at a bundled price. Depending on the bundle, extra batteries, filters, brushes, or other parts can also help extend cleaning timev
What is included in a Buture vacuum cleaner bundle?
A Buture vacuum cleaner bundle includes one vacuum cleaner with its original attachments, plus additional parts or accessories selected as part of the bundle, such as batteries, HEPA filters, brushes, or dust cups. The exact contents vary by bundle.
Will all items in the vacuum bundle be shipped together?
We will do our best to ship all items together. However, depending on regional inventory and the specific items in your order, your bundle may be shipped in two or three separate parcels. Delivery times may also vary between parcels.
Is the vacuum cleaner in the bundle covered by the same warranty as a standalone vacuum?
No. Buture refurbished vacuum cleaners are final-sale items and are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you experience any issues or are not satisfied with its performance, please contact us for help troubleshoot the issue and the best usage tips and recommendations.
Can I return individual items from a vacuum bundle?
No. Individual items from a vacuum bundle cannot be returned separately. If a return is eligible, the complete bundle must be returned, including the vacuum cleaner and all additional parts or accessories included in the order. The bundle will be handled according to the applicable return terms and discounted item value.
